The work consists of the renovation and reconfiguration of three (3) locations in the airport; Public Safety, Business Office and Operations. In the Public Safety Office, the lost and found room will consist of demo, new wall, ceiling reconfiguration, paint patch repair walls, new flooring and electric. The Business Office consists of remodeling and reconfiguration of the entire suite including demo specified walls, install new walls, patch paint and repair walls, new flooring and millwork. Operations consists of reconfiguration of office suite including demo of specified walls, building new walls, ceiling reconfiguration, paint patch and repair walls and new flooring. MULTI-PHASE, EVENING AND WEEEKEND WORK HOURS are the expected for this work to be estimated and performed. The engineers estimate for this project is: $310,863.00
